As a member of the UPP, the quickest and easiest way to manage your pension account is using Fidelity's PlanViewer online.

Alternatively, you can use the forms above to help you manage and update your pension account, including options by post or email.
UPP members need to complete two Expression of Wish forms.
1. For your UPP death benefits
The easiest way to update your Expression of Wish form for your UPP death benefits is online using Fidelity's PlanViewer. If you are unable to update online, please contact Fidelity.
2. For the Uniper Group Life Scheme
As an active member of the UPP, in the event of your death, a lump sum benefit of six times your pensionable salary is payable. You should complete an Expression of Wish form to let the Trustees know your wishes in respect of any benefits which may be payable. You should complete the Expression of Wish form for the life insurance benefit via the Benify flexible benefit site.

Telling us about the death of a member
If a member of the UPP dies, please contact the administrator, Fidelity, using the Bereavement Line 0800 414116, as soon as possible.
If the member was still paying into the UPP when they died, you can use the form below to notify the Secretary for the Trustee to start the process for the Uniper Group Life Scheme mentioned above.
Please note you will need to notify Fidelity and the Secretary of the Trustee separately.
