Every year, the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS) holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Its purpose is to receive the ESPS Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year, the Auditors’ Report, the report of the ESPS Trustees, and to conduct any general business.
While the AGM is not specific to the Uniper Group or the other individual Groups of the ESPS, Uniper members of the ESPS are welcome to take part.

The ESPS AGM is typically held in November each year. The notice formally convening the AGM will be issued at the end of October/early November. The meeting is held online.

If you don’t have internet access you can join by telephone and listen, but you will not be able to vote or ask questions – so online access is recommended and preferred.
Anyone who wishes to attend the ESPS AGM will need to provide contact details. This information will be held to allow organisers to contact you if arrangements are changed and will be dealt with in accordance with data privacy legislation.
Members have until 28 days before the date of the ESPS AGM to submit a written resolution to the ESPS Scheme Secretary, with a copy to the Company Secretary. This can be done by either email or post, using the details below:

Any resolutions received will be subject to approval following advice from the ESPS Trustee’s legal adviser, Fieldfisher.
In order to exercise your vote on any resolution, you must be present online at the ESPS AGM.
The ESPS Trustee does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in Members’ resolutions.
Members’ resolutions voted on and carried at the AGM do not have any power conferred upon them, and cannot instruct the Scheme Trustee, Group Trustees, Employers, or others involved in the running of the ESPS.
