If you have moved house, and/or have a new email or phone number, it is important to update these details as soon as you can, so that we can continue to reach you with information about your pension.
To update your contact details, please log in to Fidelity's secure online pension service platform, PlanViewer.
Alternatively, contact Fidelity's Pensions Service Centre using the phone number in the contacting Fidelity option above.
Depending on how you have chosen to take your pension account, for example through drawdown or encashment, some (or all of your account) may still be invested with the UPP administrator, Fidelity.
It is important to keep an eye on these investments and make sure they are still right for you.
