Updating your email address, phone number and postal address

If you have moved house, and/or have a new email address or phone number, it is important to update these details as soon as you can, so that we can continue to reach you with information about your pension.

To update your contact details, log in to your myESPS account or contact your pension administrator, Broadstone. You can find out how to contact Broadstone by selecting the relevant option above.

If you have not registered for a myESPS account, you can read the step-by-step guide on how to do so below.

Updating your bank details

You must let your pension administrator, Broadstone, know of any changes to your bank account at least two weeks before your pension is due to be paid. This is because pension payrolls are processed approximately two weeks before the payment date.

If you cannot give enough notice, it is best to keep your old bank account open to avoid any delay to your pension payments.

The easiest and quickest way to update your bank details is by logging in to your myESPS account.

If you have not registered for a myESPS account, you can read the step-by-step guide on how to do so below.

If you prefer, you can print, complete and sign the form below. It should then be posted to Broadstone at 2 Rye Hill Office Park, Birmingham Road, Coventry, CV5 9AB. Alternatively, you may email a scanned copy of the signed form to Uniper@broadstone.co.uk.
